Our story begins on the hills above Izola, in the picturesque Istrian village where the winds collide. There we find the village Korte, with its beautiful view of the vineyards, olive groves and the vast sea. The fruits of our Istrian land are first served on our plate in 1988. From then on, we serve delicious Istrian delicacies for more than a decade before we decide it is time to relocate. We move to the most famous Istrian fishing town, Izola. We see many wooden fishing boats in its harbor and fishermen selling their daily catch. And here you are, sitting on our terrace, with the smell of sea in the air, cooling yourself with a glass of locally made wine, while we spoil you with our delicacies which are offered to us by the Istrian land and our tradition.
